A
My communication with Madison about how I wanted the mat to look was fantastic. She was very patient and created the perfect mat. No color bleeds or folds- literally perfect! Came rolled with cheap plastic storage bag. The shipping took a while but understandable since it was made and shipped from Yantai, the far east tip of China. Updates could have been better on Shopify. Overall, 5 Stars to Madison’s customer service & quality of the mat.
