When will my mat arrive?

Each mat is made to order. Production and shipping typically take 10–15 days, though delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the time of year.

Do your mats ship folded or rolled?

All of our mats are shipped rolled, never folded, to help prevent creases and ensure your mat arrives ready to use.

What does the playing surface feel like?

Our mats feature a soft, felt-like playing surface that provides a comfortable playing experience while allowing your tiles to glide smoothly.

Do you offer neoprene mats?

Yes! Neoprene mats are available upon request in a 31.5" round-corner, straight-edge format.

I love a design that's shown with straight edges, but I'd like a scalloped-edge mat. Is that possible?

Absolutely! If you'd like one of my designs on a scalloped-edge mat instead of the standard straight-edge version (or vice versa), simply send me a message through the Contact page. I'd be happy to create it for you.

Do you offer mat sizes other than 31.5"?

Yes! In addition to the standard 31.5" size, I also offer 20.5" and 33" mats.

Does my mat come with a storage bag?

Yes! Every mat includes a black storage bag, making it easy to store your mat between games or take it with you wherever you play.
